We do not sell products, so we cannot refund them
The Slim Soda Co, operated by LUN FULLSCALE LLC, is an affiliate publisher. This website does not operate a checkout, does not take payment and does not fulfil orders. There is therefore no purchase made with us that we could refund.
If you bought SlimSoda after following a link from this site, your order was placed with SlimSoda, who is the merchant of record. Refunds, returns, exchanges and any guarantee are administered by them under their own policy.

The seller advertises a 90-day money-back guarantee. We do not administer it and cannot confirm how it will be applied to a particular order. Before relying on it, read the seller's published policy and confirm with their support team:
- the deadline, and whether it runs from the order date or the delivery date;
- whether product must be physically returned, including empty containers;
- who pays return postage;
- whether a return authorisation is needed first, and the correct return address.
Where a promotional page and the seller's published refund policy disagree, treat the published policy as the binding one, and get anything you are relying on confirmed in writing before you post a return.
Subscriptions
If your order was placed on a recurring plan, cancellation is handled through the seller's account system or support team. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
If you cannot get a response
Tell us through our contact page. We cannot resolve an order dispute or issue a refund, but we record complaints about sellers we link to and it affects what we publish.
Payment disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, raise it with the seller first, then with your card issuer or payment provider if it is not resolved. We are not a party to the transaction and have no access to it.
