The Slim Soda Co, operated by LUN FULLSCALE LLC, is an affiliate publisher. We hold no stock, operate no warehouse, and dispatch no orders. No order placed through this website is shipped by us, because no order is placed with us.

Purchases are completed on SlimSoda's own website. SlimSoda is the merchant of record and is responsible for fulfilment, including dispatch times, carriers, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, customs where applicable, and anything that goes wrong in transit.

The seller's shipping terms

Current shipping terms are published by the seller at useslimsoda.com/lgl/shipping-policy.html. Read them before ordering, and check the delivery estimate and any shipping charge shown at checkout before you pay — that is the figure that binds, not any estimate quoted in advertising.

The seller states that orders ship from within the United States. Tracking is emailed by the seller once an order leaves their facility.

Order not arrived, damaged or wrong

Contact the seller. We cannot look up, track, reroute, replace or refund an order.
