This policy explains what The Slim Soda Co does with information about visitors to theslimsoda.co. It is short because we collect very little — we are a publisher, not a shop.

We do not sell products and we do not operate a checkout. There is no cart on this site and no way to pay us.
If you buy SlimSoda, you do so on the seller's own website. From the moment you click through, their privacy policy governs your personal and payment data, not ours. We never receive your name, card details, billing address, or what you ordered.

What we collect
Things you send us
If you use our contact form we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use it to reply, and we keep it only as long as that takes.
Things collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, which pages you viewed and when. This comes from our hosting platform, Shopify, and from any analytics we run. We use it to understand traffic and keep the site working.
Affiliate attribution
Our purchase links carry an affiliate identifier in the URL. When you follow one, the seller can see that the visit came from us and pays us a commission if you order. The identifier travels in the link itself — it does not carry your name or any personal information, and we do not learn who you are from it. Any cookies set after you arrive on the seller's site are theirs, governed by their policy.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and for traffic measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

The seller is a separate company
SlimSoda is independent of us and is the merchant of record for any purchase. What they collect and how they use it is set out in their own privacy policy. We have no control over their practices and cannot access, correct or delete anything they hold about you — send those requests to them at support@useslimsoda.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of the EEA and the UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR.

Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Retention and security
We keep contact messages and technical logs only as long as we need them, then delete them. We take reasonable measures to protect the little we hold, though no website can promise perfect security.
